Healing Patients.
Chasing Miles.

A personal journey of transformation, proving that the best prescription for life is lived outside the clinic.

Fitness Transformation

The 90 to 70 Transformation

As a doctor, I spent years advising patients on their health while neglecting my own. In a demanding medical profession, it's a common story. I saw many of my brilliant colleagues succumb to a sedentary lifestyle, battling stress and expanding waistlines.

At my heaviest, I weighed 90 kilos. I realized that to truly be a healer, I had to heal myself first. I decided to rewrite my own prescription.

Through unwavering dedication to running and cycling, I brought my weight down to a healthy 70 kilos. Today, I don't just concentrate on maintaining my health—I thrive on it. My journey has unexpectedly become a beacon of inspiration for my peers, proving that it's never too late to take control of your well-being.

Moving for the Joy of It

I have never participated in a professional competition. I don't run for medals, and I don't cycle for podiums. I do it for the pure, unadulterated joy of movement and the peace it brings to my mind.

Marathon Running

Running is my meditation. The repetitive rhythm of footsteps clears the mental fatigue of a long day at the clinic. I run marathons on my own terms, tracing local routes and pushing my personal boundaries, enjoying every single kilometer without the pressure of a finish line clock.

Cycling

Exploring the world on two wheels gives me a perspective that a car simply cannot provide. Cycling builds endurance and allows me to connect with nature. It’s a foundational pillar of my 20-kilo weight loss journey and a daily reminder of the incredible machine that is the human body.
